I guess you could always experiment with eating 3 eggs: 1 including the yolk and the other 2 have just the whites.. Or something like that if you are concerned and must have some yolk.

I think a lot of cardio machines are working the big gross musculature in a forward and back motion. So Zumba IS a great suggestion as are other things that spice it up with lateral movements. Great job adding in some activity. I don't know the answer to your question regarding the best way to log that. If it were me I would just forget the question and add a precise amount of fat-burning cardio to my routine to meet such a stringent goal, haha! Good luck.
