Hi, my first goal is 110lbs to lose. Since MFP, i've got about 48 lbs gone. Feel free to add me. I've also quit smoking pretty much the same time I made life changes. It is a long journey and could use all the support I can get as well as motivating others along the way.

I started over 300lbs but have made life changes since March. I'm no longer over 300 lbs. The hard work pays off and is totally worth it. Add me if you wish to do so.

I've stopped eating processed foods, take out, and junk foods such as chips, bars, etc... I still treat myself but always in a small portion :)

Congratulations on making the right changes in your life. I am also hoping to lose more than 100 lbs by the time I reach my goal. It certainly is a hard journey but worth the end result i'm sure. If you would like to add me as a friend, please feel free. A little motivation doesn't hurt anyone. :)
