I was a depo fan also - not having the periods is great but told can have same results on POP so now back on the pill - you get 12 hours to remember so no biggy if you forget - I keep mine in the car, so I take it before starting the ignition. I have to do physio at home for my knees. Roll a towel in between ur legs and squeeze x 15 reps x 3 times a day. Lie on the floor feet on the sofa and dig in heels. - in same position also lift pelvis and get thrusting.

Exercise is really tough for me - I have really bad knees and under the physiotherapic and othopaedic surgeon at our local hsp - hence why i need to loose weight. Have changed from Depo to PO pill so could be hormonal I'm just annoyed.

Don't feel guilty - reward your healthy week with a day off! I'm using the 80% and 20% rule = this can be 1 small treat a night or as I do 1 day off a week! I weigh in on Fridays, have Saturday off MFP (although I still log but don't restrict what I crave) and back on track Sunday with a hearty breakfast!!! Over time you…

That's why I chose it as most outings with friends and family fall at weekends and I didn't want to miss out. I am committed to 80% 20% allowing myself a Saturday as a treat day - calorie counting free.
