102 lbs. for a 5'2" person is still on the "healthy" scale for BMI... but barely. I don't believe there is any healthy way to lose ten pounds in three weeks. You could try toning instead. You'll gain weight, but look better and still be healthy.

I've heard of people doing those things. Kids in my elementary school used to dip pizza in ranch all the time. And peanut butter on bread? Totally normal, and probably one of my favorite snacks =]

8 glasses a day is just a guideline, some people need more, some people need less. It's kind of like how everybody needs to consume a different amount of calories to stay healthy. I don't think I've been 105 since Middle School (I was pretty chubby throughout most of middle school and the first few years of high school). I'm not really as concerned about pounds as toned-ness.

Your goals are the same as mine! I was at 115 last summer, so that's my primary goal. Around 105 would be killer though.
