  • OMG!!! I just did Level 1 and I thought I was gona pass out. I haven't done jumping jacks since I was a little girl. But Im going to hang in there. I have day 2 tomorrow. Do I do level 1 again tomorrow?:huh:

  • Sounds like a sprain I had one a month ago and my ankle is just now feeling a little better. Have you put an ice pack on it. To be sure still go to doctor so they can xray it. Then I went to Walmart and got a Mueller ankle support it help a whole lot. Take care...

  • I like the shakes because of convience and they taste better than the bars. I drink a shake after my workout with my trainer, it helps my muscles recover from my workout. :smile:
