Load up on veggies! And make sure that you're getting lots of protein and high fiber stuff.

Good food before a workout should be quick carbs that will give you fast energy and will burn while you're exercising. I recommend a piece of fruit like a banana and maybe a bit of peanut butter. In the mornings if I know I'm working out I will either have fruit with greek yogurt or a green smoothie. Maybe milk and cereal.…

Indian food is pretty tricky, but stick to the tandoori chicken and stuff like that. All the curries have a lot of heavy stuff like cheese and butter, so avoid it. I usually get the roasted eggplant if I'm feeling like Indian food.

Maybe make your workout more intense? Or maybe it's what you've been eating? You need to make sure to load up on the veggies and fruit! You may also be underestimating what you're eating, so make sure you check labels and calculate accordingly through the serving size.

I workout to eat more. Good food inspires me. LOL.

I think it's more of a preference/work schedule than anything. I personally can't do a good workout without eating something before, so I do eat like an orange or apple or something before it. If you do eat something right before your workout you should eat some simple carbs like fruit to get fast energy :)

Anything else I can say to them? :(

But when I don't eat that much, they go like, "oh, you're done already?" and they look kind of hurt that I didn't eat so much, so I say "oh, I'm not that hungry" sometimes but I still feel bad and eat some more..

I've been eating a lot of carbs.. I mean, like whole wheat bread, but still, Like three to four slices a day. 500 calories for breakfast! The whole day I eat my meals and just keep snacking..

Hmm, it does seem a bit more flimsier and softer, but I personally don't mind it too much. I buy mine at Trader Joe's! :)

Yes, I've been there. If you're too afraid to look, then don't look! I went on the scale one day at my lowest point and realized how much weight I gained.. I was so upset, I binge-ate all day. I think if I were to change that I wouldn't look at it at all. Just start exercising; take a bootcamp or even run a bit. Do it for…

Wraps are the best. I like to take a low-carb tortilla wrap and spread hummus on it and add in a handful of salad mix that I get from Trader Joe's with some tomatoes, red onion, bellpeppers, etc. Another meal that I do quite often are quiches: http://www.snixykitchen.com/2013/01/19/healthy-whole-wheat-vegetable-quiche/ It…

Look in the ingredients. They should only say "peanuts." That's it. No "oil," no "sea salt," no nothing. Trader Joe's has a really affordable one. They also have raw almond butter that's a steal!

Quest bars are really good! The best one is the cookies and cream because unlike the previous products you really cannot taste the "weird" taste. It's good when you're craving something sweet or pre or post workout snack!

I used to be very obsessed with chocolate; I would eat a bar at a time! How I learned to control it is some simple steps 1. Avoid having it in the house; if you want a treat, go out and eat it! That way your serving size will be limited and it'll be more expensive so you won't be going back for seconds. 2. If you want…

I'm exactly 5'0 and my lowest was 90 pounds, I think. I think it might be because I'm Asian that I managed to get to that level. However, I have been doing more intense workouts now so I've been bulking up. I'm not exactly sure how much I weight right now but it's way more than 90 and I have gained a size in jeans (0 to…

It's not exactly wheat free, but I eat Ezekiel low sodium sprouted bread. It's all whole grains and keeps you full for hours. :) Gluten free is not always the best.

I LOVE the 0%. My favorite one is from Fage and I mix it with EVERYTHING. I dice up some apples and add it on top or I mix it up and put it over pumpkin butter for protein. :)

I learned that it's better to just have carbs, just don't overload yourself on it. When I tried to avoid bread, I would always get these cravings. TRUST ME, you'll be doing yourself a big favor by not avoiding it. I lasted half a year until I went back and I'm glad I did because you really need carbs in your diet. Don't go…

Don't worry about it. One day won't hurt you. Just make sure you drink a lot of water and DO NOT step on the scale tomorrow. Because all that excess sodium will make you retain water weight and you can "gain" a few pounds from that.

I just bought the chipotle salsa and it's pretty spicy! It's low sodium too (30mg for two tablespoons). I was scared it was going to be all liquidy, but it's got a little bit of chunk. Not as good as a pico de gallo, but a good substitute.
