How do you stay focused?

I feel like I've just been in a bit of a funk lately. I haven't been really focused, my workouts have been okay, but not amazing & I certainly have not been accurately logging, if at all. How do you guys stay inspired & on track? I need some inspiration! :'(

    I log on every morning and post my breakfast. I do it just like I brush my teeth and take a shower. No inspiration, just doing. When I decide on breakfast (it's usually the same thing) I also decide on lunch and dinner. Having a clear idea of what I am going to eat keeps me from getting too hungry and keeps me from making food decisions when I'm hungry.

    I workout to eat more. Good food inspires me. LOL.
