Yep, count me in too. I was able to do 1200 mins of exercise mostly walking. I'm not sure what is a realisitic goal as far as miles/km for me so I'm going to try and keep a running tally and use it for next month.

It's been a bad month. I've lost the same 3 lbs 4 times. I'm my own worst enemy. I find when I get away from my computer ie on vacation or at the cottage I don't enter what I'm eating and it gets away from me. On the plus side, the July exercise challenge was awesome. It helped me keep my present weight instead of gaining.…

Slacked off for the last week but luckily worked like a dog prior to. Will meet my 1200 by tonight. Looking forward to a better month next month

Only down 2 lbs since the beginning of July, but survived two weddings and a week at the cottage. A little frustrating though. Should be closer to 6 lbs, even though I've almost finished my July exercise challenge.

Hey Palmetto, No sweat! It's just a wake up. It won't come off as easy as it went on but usually it only take a couple of days. Most likely water weight. I've done the same thing three or four times. The most important thing is that you not get discouraged keep going. Keep up the good work.

Great challenge so far. It's pushed me to up my exercise and I'm feeling great. Thanks for the suggestion Hart James. Finally fixed my ticker.
