    100 down! My plan was to do 5 sets of 20 and I plan on doing these through out the day until my arms say no more...another 100 here I come! Good luck everyone!

    oh yay for arm workouts! don't have weights at work tho and i'm pretty sure my 1 lb zumba toning sticks won't be quite enough. so i guessi have to do them all tonight. yikes!
