I make darn sure that I have a cpl hundred cals left at the end of the day for wine!! It's the perfect end to my kids filled crazy days!

This is awesome! Can't wait to try some of these recipes. Thanks for posting this. I'm a SAHM but still love the crockpot as my little ones are always crabby and the older ones needs help with homework right at the time I would make dinner. Doesn't always work well!

I struggle wih the same issues. Just trying to get back on track as well. My goal lately is logging EVERYTHING I eat. Before I pop that last chicken nugget from my 2yr olds plate in my mouth, I think, do I really want to take the time to go add that to my "food tracker"? So far it's working. Also, my kids love to exercise…

Hey there. I am in kind of the same boat here. Mother of 3, youngest being 11 weeks. Middle is 16 months and oldest is 7. My best plan for weight loss has been my dbl stroller. For some reason my kids are all happy when we're outside so we go for lots of walks, which is an excellent burn while pushing all that extra weight…
