  • Can you drink fluids fine when you awake? Because there are "Breakfast", Just add Milk, by NESTLE Carnation. You'd find it in the breakfast isle, perhaps near the kids stuff. its packed with iron, B12. there is chocolate vanilla and maybe plain.. ? good luck!!! gotta start somewhere to get there.

  • I do my Cardio at night and I dont have any self conscience issues. Its semi dark and I just go go go! I to am unable to find a good pair of shoes, they always wear in on the corners by end of the toes. for an ipod or whatever, i dont use anything of that sort, i like to hear the cars, and if anyone is approaching me :p
