Day 3, and having a tough night, but i'm happy and inspired!

I feel like staying home tonight, and not heading for my 45min Cardio speed walk, and i love it!
I want to stay in and eat! lol
That should be enough to get out there, I have a commitment of 5 days a week,
with 45min cardio a day. and with that, i'll have lost 30lbs by May 26th.

    Don't expect 100% from yourself. Focus on the 80/20 rule. Eat healthy 80% of the time. It will come off slowly, but it WILL come off.

    Just go go go, I felt the same way today about my treadmill, but I went and I see that lovely 425 calorie deficit and feel better! You will too....so go go go!
