Im curious as to what it is. i hear about it, and read about it. I just dont know enough about it to consider purchasing it. Is it a DVD or a xbox/ps3 thing? I go to the gym every day, and begining to do pilates and yoga each twice a week. Thanks!

Started a Healthy Comittment to Pilates CNDA
Ive decided to do Pilates and Yoga, each 2 times a week.. My question is, how do I excell in these as they are drop in classes, so i assume they r a moderate pace. How do I do the best to get the benifets and an optimal work out from these two. Thank You :happy:

i failed i ate cool whip and a jumbo muffin :'(

How to tone AB's without doing crunches/sit ups...?
How do I get rid of this stomach from 2 kids? Im 23 and should not have this kind of a stomach.. Sit ups and crunches, i do them right, with correct posture and, and i pull my neck everytime. and it throws me off mentally and emotionally.. is there some core strengthening i can do?? Thanks :sad:

I burned calories today and below my food diary, it says "you've earned "blank" calories today"... does that intitle me to eat that much extra? also i went 12calories over today, and i have 332 that i earned today too..

Eliptical Trainer Minutes and Calories arnt lining up?!?!
I used the eliptical at my gym, and i had burned 319 minutes. but i did it for 29 minutes. but on MFP when i punched that in they didn't line up.. any advice why? and im going to a HIP HOP class at my gym for an hour, how do i record that in?

When i'm done my food diary, it tells me my weight in 5 weeks. then a little spew of other info below that in smaller print. I try so hard. and with everyone in my house hold eating junk, and cheese and bad food its too hard to feel like the only one who wants this to work. i eat each meal with this site open so i can track my food and water, and excersice. on 5th day of commitment and i flunked :(
I have made a comment to 5 days of being honest and healthy, and cardio of 45 minutes. i am on day 5 and i ate a cinnamon bun. people say give yourself slack and just have a little bit of what you are quitting. but i chose to be strong and not have it :) So basically ive relapsed and had to confess.

First week in - 4th day is feeling impossible i want to eat

Day 3, and having a tough night, but i'm happy and inspired!
I feel like staying home tonight, and not heading for my 45min Cardio speed walk, and i love it! I want to stay in and eat! lol That should be enough to get out there, I have a commitment of 5 days a week, with 45min cardio a day. and with that, i'll have lost 30lbs by May 26th.
