Buring all the calories that I eat.. is that Healthy?

Ive been doing awsome with cardio, and encorporating excersice in my everyday! I bike to the gym, i walk everywhere...

can i eat good now without so much restriction if i'm doing so much excersice?
Is it balanced now??

    I've read something like the 80/20 or 90/10 plan... The larger number represents healthy eating... The lower number represents whatever your heart desires! :wink:
