According to scales and my clothes, i've lost almost 30lbs. i have 25lbs to go.
and i weigh myself each day, a couple times. The weight is a couple pounds higher
right after dinner. Why's that? Bloting? cause its back down in the AM.
I need to tone the area's and shape them accordingly. I am looking for someone that
is commited and wants to check in together every evening and write to eachother
about their progress that day. It's like a sponsor. Cause I'm having a hard time
and i know there's people out there who are too.
Ive signed up at a gym, and on this site.
I know the two hand and hand with work out.
I can do what I need to do without the site,
but I came back to it because come evening time - I'm a mess,
and my cravings are skye high!!
is it ok to pig out on fruit and veggies till bedtime? vs. just eating bad stuff...

Hey!
I will be interested in helping you out.
Ive been 'on a diet' since the beginning of February when I joined Weight Watchers.. after being on this for 2 months and only losing 2lbs I decided enough was enough and decided to join MFP instead!
I have now been a member for 2 weeks, and Im still finding it difficult to lose weight. I weighed myself on Monday and had stayed the same weight which was quite disappointing. Even though a couple of the days I have gone over my limit, I am still eating A LOT better than I was over Christmas, which is when all the weight came on! I was eating fried breakfasts, big lunches and big dinners, with typical snacks in the evening consisting of crisps and dips, ice cream, biscuits and chocolate. So even though I have cut my calorie intake by around half, im still not losing any weight.
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, do 40 minute cardio, 20minute weights each time,
I used to find it extremely easy to lose weight. I would simply do what I am doing now and lose 7lb a week without even thinking about it
I am now more motivated then I have ever been to lose weight, although I do still find myself craving chocolate in the evening!
Congratulations on losing 30lbs so far, you are doing something right!
I wouldnt suggest 'pigging out' on veggies. Try to eat throughout the day, and have healthy snacks in between meals so you dont feel hungry. Dont deprive yourself of anything, as this only makes cravings worse! If you fancy chocolate, train yourself to have 2 squares, instead of eating the whole bar. You will feel much better for it afterwards.0
