Started a Healthy Comittment to Pilates CNDA

Ive decided to do Pilates and Yoga, each 2 times a week..
My question is, how do I excell in these as they are drop in
classes, so i assume they r a moderate pace.
How do I do the best to get the benifets and an optimal work out from
these two.
