my report tells me to eat more calories...

When i'm done my food diary, it tells me my weight in 5 weeks. then a little spew of other info below that in smaller
print. I supose i end up below my calorie intake because i am paying attention to my carbs, cholesteral, sugars, protines, ect.
how do i be conscience of those and be addequette with my calories?

It depends on what works for you. You need to watch all of those categories, but with my body type as long as I am eating semi-healthly, counting calories is more important. But I have a friend that can't do carbs, she could eat 500 calories a day and gain weight it is carbs. So for her she counts carbs and not calories. You need to see which works best for you and go with it.0

If you make your diary public people can look at it and give an honest assessment of what you're eating and what you could change to meet your calorie goals as well as watch the other numbers.0

If you start to plateau, then take another look. Occasionally under is no problem, but regular, real low calorie days might make your metabolism slow and you want to keep that functioning at it's peak. I did that in my early 20's and it took me nearly a decade of dieting and wondering why everyone else can eat without gaining weight, to figure it out. It's curable but takes time, so don't hurry the process, and enjoy the journey.0

Alright. This is a serious issue here, because MFP only gives you this message if you're eating less than 1200 calories. Unless I'm mistaken/the last time I checked, it doesn't even factor in the exercise calories you should be eating back TOO. You've got to eat more. Sorry.
Lol. You need to stop counting carbs, sugar, proteins, whatever, because this is EXACTLY what I did a year or so ago. I got so stressed about staying under all the micronutrients that I stopped eating. Ever since then, I've focused on just calories (and fat grams too, but not too much), and I've lost most, if not three-fourths, of my 126 pounds by doing this. Right now, the most important thing is to get the correct calorie intake. When you've got that down like a pro, you can move on to tracking other nutrients.
