Garmin!! I love mine! It does so much more plus its smaller around your wrist and not bulky. I love that it gives you a goal for the day for steps and after you sit for too long, it vibrates and flashes MOVE!... so I am more aware of how long I'm sitting and need to get up and walk at work.

Crossfit Comp this Saturday... First WOD I tried in Open gym last night.. For time: 500m Row, 30 burbee/box jumps 6 min time cap.... I did it in 4:22!! :)

Placed 5th in an Olympic Lifting Comp over the weekend with a 5# PR for C&J, new max is 135#! Not to bad for only 6 months of crossfit!

I started cross fit in February and know exactly how you feel!! It is still kicking my butt every week and I'm so tired and sore every day... I did figure out that I can only go 2 days and then need a rest day... so now I'm only going 4 times a week b/c my body needs the rest... I'm slowly trying to incorporate another day…

OMG! Not a fan at all... I tried the cleanse and felt horrible, bloated and gained weight... Their answer for me was to take more pills, ie: Catalyst and Thurmoplus... I got sick of taking so many pills every day... that is not the answer... however, my sister really likes to take Spark as a pre workout.

This is funny b/c I'm the opposite... my shoulders and flexability are not there yet for the RX OHS... so I had to do the scaled weight.. BUT. I can do chest to bar.... go figure...

Nice job dinsfamily! I am cringing on when they have chest to bar...I can do the kipping pull ups but for some reason can't get the chest to bar form.... double unders I got... bring it on!!

Hi there..I'm 5'7 and at the beginning of the year I was 146 and now at 139 and trying to get to 135.... I've learned it's your nutrition and mixing up your workouts... might want to try HIIT, anything to get your heart rate up.... feel free to add me. :)

There's girls like that at my gym too... and I guarantee you that you are not the only one who notices how immature they are! I always say, it's better you're at the gym no matter what size or age you are instead of sitting on the couch. It's unfortunate that they feel they need to make fun of others at the gym. Keep going…

good grief!.... pick it!! I sprained my ankle 2 months ago and my ankle is still bothering me. can't run, jump or do lunges w/o tapping it.... now THAT's a problem. :tongue:

my sister and I did Jamie's program 1/1/12... I did not see good results, I gained weight actually... went backwards, I don't think I was eating enough calories... My sister saw some results... so you'll just have to try it to see I guess.
