Oh gosh...
Lets see.
I have had numerous muscle pulls but, the worst was when I tore the minuscus in my right knee.
I just finished a heavy set of squats and my legs were a little bit shaky.
I stepped out of the swuat rack and tried to pivot left on the ball of my right foot (IE: Walking normally) but, my shoe gripped harder then I thought and "pop".
A trip to the ER, micro surgery, and three months of healing.0 -
I also once sprained my shoulder doing the shoulder press machine...............That put me out of commision for a couple of weeks.0

No, I've never tried crossfit, but thanks for asking...0

I once exercised too soon after eating and I had to throw up.
Luckily I was in the woods, so no one saw me. I just sprinted of the path into some bushes.
Not very elegant.
And I have fallen off my bike a couple of times, but nothing serious.0 -
About 4 weeks ago I was doing leg press and I let my quad come down on my rib cage. I heard and felt the most wonderful "POP" noise. Keep your butt on the mat and don't let your quads meet your ribs. It's quite painful to mess with the cartilage in your ribs. It still hurts a tad when I do bent over rows.0
