Need some motivation, good friends to encourage myself to push my body to its limit. I had have quite a rough time in year 2017 and 2018 , struggling with time management..kids, work,divorce. To make things worst ..I gained lots of lbs as well as minor gout at my right foot..every fre*%ing steps I took.. painful.

That's what I have been experiencing. My walking of 6.2km , 1hr 21min, gave me 593 calories, I didn't sweat so much, just tiring after a good walk in evening. At gym, after 45min of recumbent bike, I burnt 532 calories, sweating so much.

1kg = 4.4lb I always aim at burning at least 3000- 4000 calories per week as well as I am trying my very best to quit drinking soda drinks, including diet soda.

I was addicted in drinking diet coke, coke zero. A day may reach 1.5Litre. Now I am trying my best to stop myself from touching soda drinks, even diet soda. Those artificial sweetener aren't good for health too. I switched to mineral water, coconut water, green tea and honey lemon.

I'll join. I just got my elliptical machine last week. Just starting walk/jog routine, twice a week, at park if weather's good. My birthday is coming up on 23 Oct. Annual dinner on 23 Nov..I want to look great this year. Day one: 60mins elliptical.
