Nice! Today was my first 5 AM at the gym! 45 minutes of cardio. I might go back tonight to swim some laps. Depends on how quickly I finish my schoolwork.

Okay so I had to start slow and it took a while due to my leg injury but I got in 10k steps, 10 flights of stairs 14 active hours and burned 3000 calories. Although I don't think the calories are as accurate.

Day 3 - I work as a bartender on the weekends. We were busy today, so I didn't hit the gym after.

All in all, I did 4 hours of brisk walking & 10 flights of stairs during my 7 hour shift. Came out to over 2k calories burned!

Welcome. I said a hunted day challenge but as I think I mentioned mine is 97 days because that is my birthday. The challenge is easy. 100 (or the amount you choose) of some sort of physical activity. Start small and increase. That is my plan.

Today I got in a quick 25 minute walk while at the baseball fields. Not alot but I burned about 200 calories and listened to my body. When my leg began to ache I stopped.

Welcome to the group. As was stated earlier it's nice to set a goal. Just having this exercise goal for me is helping. Can I ask what all you do to eat clean. I have got to get lower on my fat, carbs and sugars.

Day 6/97 small core work out. I listed this as weights so MFP didn't count calories.

I will join! I have been getting lazy and need some motivation. Today would be a good start as I did 48 minutes on the elliptical at the gym. I do need to add some weights, but that is not yet happening consistently. Maybe a goal of 2 weight workouts/week to start?
Anyway, hello everybody; keep up the good work!

I think weights 2 times a week are good. I've me another week and I will join you in weights. Maybe we can agree on which 2 nights and " DO THEM together". Welcome do the group.
