  • Thank you all for your ideas definitely things I think I can implement. Unfortunately 2selina I have a 17 mile commute with no public transport so I am unable to walk home. My weekday evenings are now less busy, I have had a hectic couple of weeks so hopefully I can start exercising in the evenings.
  • Thank you all. I do have a clean bill of health for my back. It looks like I am just going to have to grin and bear the discomfort from having a weak core. I don't think it helped that I also have tight quads and hamstrings which probably doesn't help with the moves like flutter kicks etc
  • The reason why I wanted low carbs is I am over eating carbs everyday and not getting enough protein especially as I want to start doing some strength training. My biggest problem is lack of variety. Thank you all for the ideas though definitely something to think about.
  • Thank you all for the ideas. Looks like I need to get out of bed half an hour earlier then lol. If I was to have eggs for breakfast what could I have as a side to them? I only really like scrambled or poached eggs.
  • I am not a massive honey flavour fan so for a 100g portion of greek yogurt I add 5g of runny honey as it adds a sweetness without adding too much of the honey flavour.

  • I recently (as in yesterday) swapped my breakfast from cereal and fruit to greek yogurt, fruit, honey and nuts and I am finding its less than 200 calories and yet keeps me satisfied until lunch time. I also find its helping to up my protein as I really wasn't eating enough protein.

  • Hi I am 26 and my problem area is my bum, hips and thighs with a slight tummy pooch, I only need to lose 14lbs but would be willing to be friends if you wish as I could do with some support on here too. :-)
