Hyperthyroidism and weight
Hey all, i have been on meds for my overactive thyroid for 7 weeks now and the weight I had lost through the overactivity has come back and more. Im trying to eat better and do more exercise but I just wanted to know if anybody else was or had been through this??

Evening time
Hello all, I can manage to eat really well during the day whilst at work but then I get home and just stuff my face. A lot of the time I don't even realise I am doing it. Does anyone have any techniques or ideas to stop snacking in the evening after work or after dinner? I think a lot of it is stress from work. Tia

Breakfast - high in protein, low in carbs

Hello all, Me and my OH are currently on week 2 of C2 5k programme and I was wondering what I could do on my rest days to increase my activity levels without causing problems for my running days.
