It looks like Wensday, Thursday, Saturday are the best fits for everyone so they will be the triple days, Sunday will be our rest day. Thanks for you concern everybody. My back is feeling better each day, and I have been able to start putting in more time at the gym. I would like to start more resistance training but unfortunately that puts to much stress on my back. I am still missing some numbers but I have sent what I have onto Lee.

Hey guys, We kidnapped an extra 1000 calories and were not kidnapped ourselves, so all in all a good day. Their are 15 people on all boats, we lost two member early (the list is on the first post in this thread, withcyboots and getinfitin2011 left the boat) and added Beila Lin and Timeforme23.

Hey guys, I think I messed up my back pretty bad this week. What started as side stitch from trying joogin has spread around my back to the point where I couldnt sleep last night. I'm hoping some rest and attention will remedy the issue. I managed to walk an hour today so that I will not be dead weight while I recover.

Comfy seat and good bike fit. You always have to work for your legs to be able to make the trip but you don't want to have to worry if you butt, back, shoulders, and arms can make it.

I think all you need is a tv or radio, something to distract you as you work out. I cant even count the number of times I have stayed on a machine at the gym so that I could finish watching a show.

I was feeling pretty shot but I was able to force myself up on the eliptical for awhile so I managed a little over 550. In better news Yeesabelly is on her way to pick me up at the gym, she went to the beach and swam laps for an hour and a half for over 1200 calories. Girl is part fish.

As far as I can tell I am the only person at the gym who not only wides down the handles after working out on the elliptical but also the body of the machine under me because I have been dripping puddles of sweat. Gross? Definitely. Would I want it to stop? No, I don't do stopping anymore.

I did c25k day one yesterday and I got the side cramp real bad on my left side right around the breastbone. Hydrating helped but it took a few hours to relax.

Great burns everybody. I put in a 20 mile bike ride today at a pretty good clip add walking a couple miles around campus at lunch and I was able to put together my best burn of the competition.1361. Actually felt like riding a little longer but I had an appointment to keep.
