Just got done with L1 Day 2!!!! Whew am i sore or what!!! I can def. feel it in my legs!!! With all this pain, I am sure i will see some improvements :D Hoping to get tone again!!!! All i have is 8lb weights, my arms were killing me! So i switched to, two cans of sliced peaches lol I figure i dont eat canned fruit anymore…

haha thats hilarious!!! When i was at my heavest weight my face was pretty fat and yes i did have the gobble gobble neck :l However i did loose it, and I eat hard boiled eggs allllll the time :D

I agree, take pictures I am sure they will help :) I wish i would have taken pictures when i started working out in March... I have lost 30lbs so far and somedays i still feel fat too :l But I prob. started to notice my weight loss when I lost around 15-20lbs :) Keep up the good work :D
