I have a goal of getting to my goal range of 138-142 by my October 7 birthday, and a goal of figuring out how to maintain that by Christmas!

Realistically, 20 lbs. That's a little more than a pound a week. I hope to lose more though!!0

I have 31lbs to my goal weight and I would like to lose half of that by Christmas.Obviously, I'd love to lose more, but I don't want to set my hopes too high and then fail and disappoint myself. I am setting 140lbs as my official Christmas goal.0

I would like to not only lose my last 8 lbs, but build muscle and tone in the process. So basically I want to be 140 lbs of solid muscle. :bigsmile:0

Eek- celebrations are SURE to slow me down! Between now and Christmas I have three weddings, my brother's birthday, a weekend-long visit from family (always turns into a party), the inevitable Halloween and Bonfire Night celebrations, a couple of housewarming parties, a couple of friends' birthday nights out...and that's before we even get to December and the Christmas party season!0 -

I am aiming for 20-30 pounds by Christmas! That should put me at the weight I was when I met my hubby and leave me with only 20-30 pounds left to lose to reach my goal!0

To stay on my long term goal - I will lose about 32 more pounds by Christmas day. That is 1.84 pounds per week for 17.57 weeks - something I can do AND something I want to do!0
