I have had that happen to me too, so don't worry. Eat really clean for a few days and watch your carbs. I can't do low carb long term, but I find if I do at least 3 days of no or low carb, it helps get that water weight off and kind of "resets" things. I ate a lot more yesterday than I should have too. Just log it and move on today. Another thing that helps me is remembering how bad I felt after I over ate, soooo not worth the 10 minutes of eating!

My baby just turned 8 months. I've been working out really hard and eating pretty well but the weight loss has been slow. My advice is just keep pushing! Looking back, I have lost 14 pounds since she was born and that helps to keep me motivated! Maybe we can help keep each other motivated :)
