I'm thinking about joining this challenge...worried though because I start a new job Monday (April 2) morning as a BAKER...ugh! I am HOPING that I don't have to taste everything. I won't find out until Monday. I thought maybe if I take this job that I would get sick and tired of smelling and seeing sweets :smiley:

I know I'm "in" late, but have been doing 16:8 for about a week now and lost about 5 lbs so far! Missing eating my cereal in the mornings, but loving the results!

An interesting study was done on Sumo wrestlers (I think it was done by Shape magazine) on HOW they gained so much weight. Their trick was to always eat right before sleeping (and most of the time they ate McDonald's food) :(
