Hey, I'm a guy and I'm at a healthy weight for my height but I still have some belly fat. It is different for each person and there's really nothing you can do to lose besides lose more weight. In my case my last couple of pounds which are the hardest end up being the belly fat. I wouldn't do much ab workouts either…

I go over every day also but as long as ur doing activity that requires use of a lot of muscle groups u'll be fine. Basically if you're sore its ok, if not train harder. I've been going over lately 2 but i lost another pound in 3 days.

I've lost sooooo much weight from insanity. Your results are not right at all! I think it could be apart of your diet. Try eating small meals every 2 hours. I eat 1 cup of brown rice and chicken or whatever meat I add every 2 hours. I've lost 10 pounds in one month and I'm not doing insanity atm. I will being insanity…

I will be fasting also! I'm drinking a protein shake for sehri and after iftar im doing 20 minute insanity workout.

I hope losing the rest will make it go away, when i reach my goal i will be a few pounds close to being underweight. I really hope it goes away

usually lunch is provided by a bigger company. find it out. when you figure it out just type it in google and type nutrition after it, they will 100% have the nutrition info. I know because I had the same probably with cafeteria food!

it gets harder as you get skinner! increase your metabolism by eating small meals every 2 hours and do intense cardio for atleast 20 minutes. I would recommend the fast and furious 20 minute insanity. has me drenched like a pool in 20 minutes.

wow you look amazing for your weight, i weigh exactly the same and am 2 inches taller and a male. I wouldn't consider myself fat at all but sure don't look the same weight as u, you look like 115

I think you're just fine now weight wise (and height) im close to your height (5'6 129) and people still ask me if im going to continue losing weight. I respond with yes every single time because I have the same feeling as you. I think its time for toning and not dropping the weight now and i suggest u do the same.

sparkling water taste just as bad as normal water. What i've been doing is buying these packets you put in your water called Ocean Spray. I get the white cran peach flavor. it only has 10 calories in 1 bottle 0 sugar and taste amazing! You will be missing out on the gassy carbonation feel aside from soda tho!

I have thalassemia and alpha anemia, iron pills increase your weight so i don't take them. i say just eat some greens!
