HELP!! I'm not losing anymore!

I seem to be stalled at between 175-180lbs for about two months now, and I am not sure why the scale has stopped moving! Any suggestions on if I need to lower my daily caloric intake, or up my activity, to get me going again? I have lost 122lbs in the last two years, and I have another 40 to go to reach my goal. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!!

    Really hard to make suggestions when we can't see your diary or know you.

    Try upping your cals if you can (but within allowance if you have any) and the type of foods you eat for a short while to boot your matabolism.

    it gets harder as you get skinner! increase your metabolism by eating small meals every 2 hours and do intense cardio for atleast 20 minutes. I would recommend the fast and furious 20 minute insanity. has me drenched like a pool in 20 minutes.
  • I try to maintain a diet free of processed foods, high protein/fiber, low carb, and the right amount of good fats. Do you mean I should eat different foods than that? I try to maintain between 1000=1200 calories a day. I am a big tea drinker with artificial sweetener. Is there any truth that THAT could be stalling me?
  • Where would I find this workout? And, is it something I could do at home??
