You guys are all doing so well! I have my first 5km at the end of July. Whatever you are doing, its working!!! I dont see that you are loosing out by not doing it on here, You use the forums for support, and thats all it is apart from the tracking. Do you track your excercise as well? Well done on 36lbs loss!! Thats fab :)

I have only just found this group, so am joining and hoping that it will continue into may! its weird isnt it, how a weigh in can affect your mood. Still week one of the new healthy living out the way, time to focus on introducing the excercise in week two. great ideas there, there is a good class on a sunday which i will start going to (not this week, its not on). Thanks Cindy! :)

Thanks, I think i mean the challenge groups on this section, but your right, there is so much stuff on here! Its great to meet people who are also trying to get fit and healthy!

Just go steady. If you loose a lb a week thats still 30 odd lbs, and if you try hard it could easily be double that. Take each week as it comes, Im sure you will do it! :)

Why is it most of us are addicted to stuff that isnt good to us food wise!! lol. I am addicted to enchiladas, fahitas, burrittos or anything tex-mex with loadsa sour cream, loadsa cheese! But no more of that for me :)
