The same thing happened to me. I think it was a combination of increased water intake as well as paying more attention to what I am putting in my mouth. (I'm no doctor just my opinion!) Good luck to you!

I am in my third week of Insanity and LOVE it! I have seen some pretty good results so far and have heard that the major results come in the 2nd month. If you do the workouts I highly recommend following the meal plans as well. Good luck!

Daily tracking on MFP has definitely helped to keep me on track. Also I try my hardest to get my exercise in first thing in the morning so I feel great and energized all day. I have been adding a quick walk with my kids right after dinner to keep those evening/late night snacking urges at bay.

1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup mixed fruit, 1/2 cup of whole grain fiber cereal all mixed together about 300 cals. add 2 tbsp of flax seeds for an extra 100 cal. Totally yummy and fast!

I have used P90X and am currently using Insanity. I am VERY happy with Insanity. The workouts are manageable (45 minutes tops) and I am feeling great.
