Do you count the fiber carbs? Because those don't count and will lower your carb count. Ex.: Broccoli has 12g of carbs, (per cup) but 6 are fiber. So it only has 6g of carbs!

Try making some quinoa!! I make a batch on Sunday, throw in some black beans, veggies, feta, and make great lunch time burritoes. Or, I eat it plain and warmed up. SO filling. I am also 5'6". I weight 135-136 now. I tend to yo-yo a LOT. I would love to be (a healthy) 120. We'll see how it goes! Good luck all!

I have the older fim dvds and I love them. They hit all the muscle goups and give a good cardio workout. My sister turned me on to them after she went from a size 16 to a 4! I tend to do the vidoes when I can't make it to the gym

Zumba is amazing. I havedvds also, but love doing it 'live' because the workouts are always changing and you have the added fun of others in the class shakin' their weight off too! Enjoy - I'm heading to the gym tonight for a class and am looking forward to it so much!
