Sorry I'm not being clear. What I want to find out is how many calories are in 650g of raw potato but baked(actifryed)because after they've been cooked they weigh differently.

I'm eating this over my sisters so I won't have a scales in reach,unfortunately! I should've added that to my post!so not only will I be guessing how much potato but also how much oil. Do you have any idea how many calories it would roughly be for the oil?

Some people say not to eat back exercise calories though? Is it just personal choice?

So if I burn 400 calories a day then I can eat 1600 calories?

Also, it's confusing me how many calories I should be eating as MFP says 1250 daily calories to lose 1.5 lb, whereas other calorie calculators say I should be eating 1600 calories!
