Easiest thing to do is log everything on the plate in the app or on the site.

We don't know what anything weighs, how you cooked it, what ingredients were used or where it can from.

Pulling guesses our of thin air would be doing you a great disservice.

Yes,I understand what you're saying, however I didn't make this so I'm not aware of what ingredients is in this.I just need to know what other people's estimates are so I can get an average.

What does the steak pic consist of? I'm sure we can estimate the peas and the fries but probably need a bit more information on the steak pie. I've never heard of it.

Best advice isn't to go with what people think is in the plate. Plug it all into the Google Machine or if you know who made it, ask what - specifically - is in it. Ask how much of each item and especially pay attention to the fat used in cooking the food.

Polling people isn't a good method of figuring out your nutritional intake. Plus, you don't just want to look at calories. Look at fat content, protein, sodium, etc.

I just compared the fries to Walmart's potato wedges because that entry had them by how many. I roughly counted 10 on your plate. That would make them about 500 calories and the peas about 50.

The pie consists of steak, carrots, salt, pepper, onion and gravy thickening granules.

I'd go with a 1000. Looks a typical UK cafe/supermarket portion to me. Check out Asda Cafe - Steak Pie and Chips in the database. No macro breakdown though!

Or Brewers Fayre - Beef & Ale Pie, Chips & Peas which has macros.

Unfortunately, when it comes to something like this, you cannot guess. It can have a tiny amount of cooking oil or a ton, it may contain lean meat or the fattiest part you can buy and so on. I can imagine myself cooking something similar and ending up with no more than 500 calories per portion, I can easily see it up to 1000 or more too, with a different sytle of cooking and different ingredients.
