I won't join you this month but if you are going to do in August then I might just join you. Only just bought a bike (not ridden yet) and need to check out that I can actually ride a bike still as has been a really long time. Will only be a casual rider (weekends) so next month will see how I go. Good luck to everyone…

My total for the full month is 215.20 kilometres, went over my 195 mark but that is a great thing. Didn't know I could do it.

Sorry I haven't been in a while, just counting since last time I updated and it was 9 days ago. Up to when I went to bed last night I was up to 181.45km. I think I made my challenge 195 and with 5 days to go (incl today) I should make it.

I usually desk eat at work too, by the time I have done what I need to the lunch room is full so why bother going up there. I normally take my lunch to work with me and have sandwiches, fruit, salads or left overs.

Up to end of day 17 November - 128km.

There's not much left of today and the most I will do will be taking steps to my bed so up to tonight I am up to 104.9kms.

Up to when I went to bed last night am up to 74.6 km. Am also upping what I think I can do for the month. If I push a little harder some days I might be able to make it to 195 km.

I am up to 66.4kms. Thanks to my fitbit and counting every step I have just passed the challenge I set for myself.

I read the above comments then went and ordered a Fitbit One last night. I initially didn't want a pedometer as have had them before and had probs with them falling off my clothes, I liked the idea of on my wrist and don't have to remember where it is. One of the comments on this thread said on your hip is better and I…

20.5km so far.

First two days done for me and so far on 14.8 kms, had pedometer running most of today (dont normally) and was up and about for most of it, hence the good start.

Interested in the same answer. They are both expensive, am told jawbone is better but no experience myself. I currently use runtastic pedometer, except for today where I had it in my pocket and running for most of the day I normally only use it when I go fora walk. Considering something I can use all day and would like to…

I will give it a go but not so sure on losing 6.3 kgs in two months, as I have not really lost anything in a couple months I would be quite happy with 3 kgs (I believe that is approx half a stone).

Today I have baked beans, frozen vegie mix with a couple slices of ham plus a 100g yoghurt.

Chicken, lettuce and mayo.

First time doing this and right now I walk but not that far and normally only during the week plus depends whether I take our dog (she can only go 15-20 mins and is slow) or am by myself. Now to get my @ss moving on the weekends too plus do extra on the days I don't take the dog. Mine will be much lower than many I have…

Hi, I'm a type 1 and have been for 31 years, I still use insulin pens and have an insulinx machine (told to me by diabetes educator that it is the poor mans pump) to help me work out what I need.
-
Thinks sounds nice and could probably be done with many fruits, depending on cals, and was thinking what on earth is bisquick and also in Australia, thanks robdel for the answer.

I tried hypnosis many years ago to help me eat what I was supposed to, unfortunately it didn't last. At a later time I tried again and the hypnotist said it might not work as I had so many stressful things happening at the time, he was correct, it didn't have any effect. I haven't tried again but would like to. I have…
