You're right Chris. I did remember how great I felt. I was very fit when I was younger and that gives me good memories too especially when I felt when people I know caught illnesses and I would say rather you than me, knowing I wouldn't catch it. These days I get every illness going. Where's that strong immune system now.…

Have you ever tried steam rooms? That's the only way I can think of where you can lose fat without losing weight. May also loosen up your body and help you exercise. B)
