  • How about a smoothie? So many options--berries, bananas, coffee, cocoa, peanut butter. I usually mix mine with a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder. Today I made an iced coffee smoothie (coffee, yogurt, vanilla protein and ice). Now at mid-morning, I am having a peach.
