Hi ladies! I'm 5 ft 7 - 9 ish, I'm not really sure... my current weight is 201.6, I started at 204 the heaviest I have ever weighed.
I would like to get down to 190 first, then would absolutley love to get down 180. Anything lower than that would be living the dream.
Any of you ladies/gents in a simular situation and would like to be friends, I would love the company, motivation and help! It's always wonderful to know your not alone0 -

Current weight fluctuates betweeen 144 and 147 and my goal weight is 135... I have a very small but athletic frame. Smaller upper body but muscular legs, making it VERY difficult to find jeans that fit!

Target weight - 158 initially since that will get me to the normal BMI range. Once there, obviously my focus will change to maintaining my weight and I'm considering changing my workouts to more strength, less cardio. Will cross that bridge when I come to it...0 -

Small waist but have a nice booty Petite-ish frame but muscular legs. I stayed at 120-125 from the time I was about 16 until I was 29. I'd LOVE to drop 10-15 and it's not gonna come off on it's own, that's for sure. I've got the 30 Day Shred DVD on it's way... I plan to work off maybe 5-7 lbs in 30 days with that, according to what I've read it can do.
I wrote this back in June. I'm now at 128. Not too much of a change, and it's still frustrating. I guess my gripe is my butt It seems just a little too big for the rest of me. Oh well.
So... my new goal weight is either 120 or just flat-ish abs and the smallest possible butt I can manage.0 -

My highest weight was around 185, and back then I would never have imagined 125 would be something attainable, but now that I'm in the 130s and I've seen how/where the weight comes off on my body, I think 125 will have me looking and feeling "just right."0 -

That is where I was when I married my hubby 22 yrs ago. After 3 babies, I worked hard & got back there again. NOW, I'm in my 40's & don't have a good reason why I gained. Just not as active & life got harder I guess. I also am not a smoker anymore.
I want to be there again (minus the smoking)! I looked & felt great!

5 ft 7.5", CW: 236, GW: 150ish. I'll re-evaluate it when i get closer, but I have a large bone structure, so 150 might make me look emaciated. IDK! We'll see how it goes!
Me too!! That's why 147 is the limit for me! Any smaller and I look like a bobble head!
same here. my lowest adult weight was 142 & I looked skeletal.. but I wasnt working out then, I was just eating very little. My goal is somewhere under 159.6 (healthy bmi) & I will just see how it goes when I get there. I think by working out this time, I could weigh less & look better, but idk yet.
