You never ever want to be under your calorie goal by more than 200 calories. You will starve your body. LOL why the opposition to response about HRM's? The reason most have turned to an HRM is because the calorie counts in the database here are not accurate at all and give misleading information that causes overeating. The calories they list are not correct. usually much higher than actual calories burned.

This is a lifestyle change. if you deprive yourself of the things you enjoy forever, it will not stick and you eventually will go back to old ways. Having a treat out with family is not cheating. Have a nice salad and some pizza. make sure you log it. and drink extra water for the next few days to flush out that sodium.…

Then you still have lost the same amount of weight, your starting weight was just off. All your hard work is still paying off and you are doing so awesome! I am proud of you! I would use the scale going forward, adjust your starting weight and use this a fuel to kick serious butt this week, you can do it!! =D

Its definitely soreness, feels like a bruise almost! lol I can walk and what not, i was just worried if I went on my walk today i wouldnt be able to move tomorrow.
