Forgot to mention that I don't go to the gym because I don't have any time. (Work and college basically). HOWEVER. I work at UPS and I am very active as I lift heavy boxes for 3-4 hours. (I'm sure I'm not gaining muscle anyways but I'm gaining fat). I also forgot to mention that I don't really eat much. I eat before work…

I'm not so sure about eating less than 1600 calories because I used to eat 1200 calories and I think it messed up my metabolism. And I usually move around as I do cardio at the gym
-
About how much carbs and calories should I consume?
-
Thanks! I'm only 5'4" unfortunately.
-
Yeah. Perhaps 2 times a week since I work out my other body parts
-
This seems to help A LOT. It has everything I need. Thanks !

Those 7 pounds have been there since last month. I haven't updated the weight
-
In the beginning of trying to lose weight, I've been eating 1200 calories and going to the gym. I still proceed to do the same. (I go to the gym 4x/week and I have at least 1 cheat day per week.)
-
So how many calories should I eat per day to lose 1 LB/Week?
-
Is it possible to bring my metabolism up if I lose weight at a slower pace? (Since I'll be less aggressive with losing weight) And I'll check those scales out.
-
So I'd have to eat a bit more to lose weight? Where can I purchase a food scale?
-
I'm 5'4" (Pretty short for a guy) and I weigh about 152LBs. 1200 calories was given to me by this site/app itself. (To lose 2LBs/week (I know I said I also lift but I'm trying to be cut.))
-
I'm not too overweight. I'm pretty close to being normal weight. I haven't lost or gained any weight last week nor this week. I'm on a caloric deficit but I also lift. (Which may be why I haven't lost or gained any weight.)
-
I've been lifting on a caloric deficit and I'm hoping to become slimmer and cut.
-
How long would it take to see results?
-
Yes, I take pictures every week to spot any changes
-
I'm trying to gain weight (muscles) but I'm also trying to lose fat too.
-
I do 15 minutes before lifting and 15 more after lifting. I manage to burn about 350-400 calories. 150-200 for 15 minutes
-
I thought muscles had nothing to do with fat?
-
I usually burn off the shake by doing some cardio. But I would feel bloated after weightlifting and cardio.
-
Yeah, I do. I am still under the caloric limit because of the cardio workout I also do.
-
By calorie deficit, you mean like eating less right?
-
But if I did some abdominal, can my stomach become like flatter and more slim looking? (I'm a newbie to weightlifting}
