Fighting to lose weight
So my issue is I'm trying to shed some fat/pounds but when I reach a certain point I just can't shed anymore fat/weight after that. Say I'm at 140 LBs and I am trying to lose 5 more pounds, I can't. I start to gain weight again. Also I reach a certain BF% like 18% and can't go any lower and end up going back to 20-22%. Any…

Lifting heavy = Burning Calories?
I've been reading that if you lift heavy, you burn more calories than doing cardio. Also, you gain a better metabolism. If I were to start lifting heavy and eat more, will I start to lose the fat I have? I'm 5'4" and I weigh around 138-141 LBs

Fish Oil
I have been doing research and I saw that Fish Oil can help burn fat and such. Can anyone confirm whether or not this is true?

What?
Alright... My BMI is at 23-24.5 (says this calculator I used.) My issue is that I still have small patches of fat on my legs, belly, chest, and rear. If I lift heavier, will that all go away? And another thing is how can I become more lean and cut?

Stuck
So I'm stuck at 143-145LBs and I want to reach 130 LB (or 125 LB) to gain afterwards (muscles). I usually eat a little under 1650 calories. and work out for 1-2 hours (usually burn off 200-600 calories and lift light weights) Help?

Gained two pounds in a week
Last week I was at 142-143 but when I weighed myself this week, I was back at 145-146. Any idea why? (I ate under the weekly calorie goal)

But my issue is I look at myself being the same as before. So my question is do I look thinner? (Don't…

Chest
So I still have a small patch of fat within my chest which makes it look a tad weird. I was wondering how I can make my chest look round and I guess toned?

Two Questions....
1. IS it good to eat junk food BUT eat under the calorie goal? 2. Do I eat the calories I burned off?
-
Big Ribcage?
I'm looking at myself and I can already see my ribcage. I'm still overweight and I want to become a size 28 or 30 in waist. Anyways, if I did manage to do so, would my ribcage be extra visible (making me look anorexic)? Mind you, I'm quite short, being 5'4".

Do you look at the NET or the calories consumed?
If you're trying to eat 1600 but the food says 1800 and the NET says 1400. Do you eat up to 1600 NET or do you stop?

Amount of protein to gain muscles
About how much protein would I need to gain muscle? (Per day)

Workout plans
Is there any like workout plans I can follow? I usually do an all around workout but I feel like focusing on one thing per day is better

Is this accurate?
MFP is telling me that losing 1 lb/week means eating 2090 calories/day. Is this accurate? (I only work out 4x's/week)
-
Not getting thinner?
I'm trying to burn fat but it's not happening. Everything I insert in MFP is pretty accurate. I've been doing this for a month already and I always eat around the 1200 calorie area. Help? (I lift too and I know my weight will probably stay the same but I do not see a change at all)
-
Not seeing results?
I've been doing this for almost 20 days now and I do not see any results (being slimmer or cut). Does it take longer to see results?

Two Questions
1. How can I lose an appetite and how can I get rid of hunger? 2. How can I prevent my stomach from bloating a lot after a meal?

Do I lose muscles doing cardio?
I do cardio before I lift and after I lift. I do it as a warm up and such. I was wondering if I lose muscles doing cardio since I'm like losing weight and my body would get smaller if I lost weight from cardio.

Arms are sore?
After weightlifting, my arms feel sore. Is this normal? (I feel a minor muscle gain because my arms do not feel, "wobbly" as much as a couple of days ago)
-
Protein Shakes?
I was told that Protein Shakes can be fattening. Is this true? I'm on a caloric deficit and I do weightlifting and I drink my protein shake while I work out
-
Lose weight or gain muscle?
I'm 5'4'' and I weigh 155 LBs and my BMI is 26.6. I was wondering if I should just start lifting or if I should lose weight because to be normal weight, I'd need a BMI of like 24. What should I do?

Will weightlifting make me look slim?
So various sources tell me that weightlifting makes anyone slimmer. I'm trying to slim down and I was wondering if weightlifting can do that. I wouldn't mind putting on a couple of pounds of muscles but I want to know if it will make my waist smaller or maybe make my body less, "jiggly"
