Two Questions....

1. IS it good to eat junk food BUT eat under the calorie goal?

2. Do I eat the calories I burned off?

    1. Only if you have already met your micronutrient goals or at least meet them regularly.

    2. Depends, are you already eating at a calorie deficit? If so, you can eat whatever portion of exercise calories you want. But use caution, your burns may be less than you think.
