MFP is telling me that losing 1 lb/week means eating 2090 calories/day. Is this accurate? (I only work out 4x's/week)

The only way to know is to follow your calorie goal for several weeks, then reevaluate your progress.

The more accurate you are with putting your numbers in, the more accurate the formulas will predict what outcomes you can expect. It has been my experience that when I log consistently and accurately, I see the results. When I slack, for some reason I miss those goals...0
