Stuck

So I'm stuck at 143-145LBs and I want to reach 130 LB (or 125 LB) to gain afterwards (muscles). I usually eat a little under 1650 calories. and work out for 1-2 hours (usually burn off 200-600 calories and lift light weights) Help?

    Try upping your carbs and calories for a week, and see what happens.

    Eat less and/or move more. All the talk about weight loss always comes right back t those two things. :)

    I'm not so sure about eating less than 1600 calories because I used to eat 1200 calories and I think it messed up my metabolism. And I usually move around as I do cardio at the gym
