I found out you could click an arrow at the top of your food diary to go to the next day. So I planned out tomorrows foods and I will just stick to that. I did bad today. I went over. It was a buffet party thing for the elections and a just kept on eating stuff. I feel just awful. I knew I shouldn't but I kept on going and going. I went over at least 200 if not more calories :sad:

Getting all 8 cups of water in each day! That is a challenge. I have four in as of right now.

I have found that by drinking water and chewing really good flavored gum when I want to snack around really helps stop the cravings :flowerforyou: any one else got some tips??
