Great Way to Not Overeat !

I found out you could click an arrow at the top of your food diary to go to the next day.

So I planned out tomorrows foods and I will just stick to that. I am an organized kind of person so I think this should really help me not to just eat what I want and then record it on here. I like that it is already on here so I have to eat it ! and I already checked the kitchen to make sure I have it all.

I just thought others that have this problem could try it :smile:
