I hide my scale - put it away where I don't see it. I only really need to make it past the morning because why weigh myself later in the day? So, ya. Hide it. Out of sight out of mind.

You might want to try the Nike Free Run shoes - same idea but not quite as extreme as the Vibrams I think. I got some and my arch pain disappeared!!! First time ever.

I just bought some new sneakers - Nike FreeRun (actually they are called Nike MoveFit or something, but same premise) and they have been GREAT!!! NO MORE ARCH PAIN WHEN I RUN!!! They emulate barefeet and are supposed to strengthen your feet muscles to make up for fallen arches. Maybe give that a try!

It is 3.1 miles. To walk it, it would take about an hour. Just prepare by going for walks - three months is LOTS of time!!!! You'll be so proud of yourself! Good luck!

I bought an air popper! Then it's very few calories and really it's only the butter you have to watch out for. I'm not too sure about oil popped. That's what they use at the movie theatre and it's like 1,000 cals for a small! Yikes!!!!

I quit January this year - using Allen Carr's Easy Way book (so did my husband!), and then I read his Lose Weight Now book and the pounds are droppin' like flies. I luff him.

If you do 100 pushups/situps/squats a day - you should see great definition. How one can do 100 pushups is beyond me, however. The Jillian Michaels workout dvds are really awesome, quick and result in great definition and strength. There are two minute cardio intervals but nothing crazy - maybe jumping jacks or something…

I did it yesterday and picked up 30 DS today (I had it but gave it away). I've done both and want to commit to 5 days per week of one or the other! I'm in! And the results from these workouts are really fantastic, for anyone who hasn't done them before :)

And I just realized I was figuring out based on grams not on % of total calories....WAAAAAAAA :(. There has to be an easy way to do this.
