Carbs make you hold water. When you eat more, you have more water in you. You aren't stalled, you are just holding more water. There is no impact on fat loss though.

At a certain point, you will just spin your wheels with bodyweight exercises. You have to have progressive overload to get stronger and bigger. Some can do that with bodyweight exercises, some can't. Well, luckily for you, this isn't correct. I mean, yea, caffeine is a bit dehydrating, but you don't need to offset coffee or drink plain water if you don't want to. Not sure where that came from.

I cut carbs to lose weight....as well as fat and protein (ie calories). My carb percentage has stayed relatively constant.

When I was overweight, I wore as big of clothes as possible. Now that I'm lean, I wear basically the same style, but it is usually fitted.

When I am trying to be as accurate as possible (ie cutting/losing weight), I count every vegetable and fruit. Since calories are king, it is beneficial for me to know where I'm at. Whether you should or shouldn't eat the fruit/vegetables is a whole other question. To answer, if I am out of calories for the day, no, I won't…
