I think your calories might be a bit low. I'm 5'6, 27 years old, and I started off at 185. I now weigh 151 (aiming for somewhere around 135-140), but I plateaued for a looooooooooooooooong time around 168 pounds and MFP had me at 1376 calories a day. Pad Woon Sen is my go-to; the "noodles" are actually bean threads and at our local place, it's served with egg, shrimp, and a ton of veggies (snow peas, onions, carrots, etc) - though if you don't like shrimp, you can ask for chicken or beef. It's delicious and I usually take half of it home.

What a cool experiment! Seeing as how I'm between ovulation and menstruation at the moment, I may up my calories this week and see how that works out. My norm is to actually drop 2 pounds before/during my monthly and then gain back 3-4 immediately after...wonder if that's b/c I don't adjust! Great idea to try that out and…
